Need assistance machining 1/8” thick steel flat bar

I need some guidance or advice to cut 1/8” steel flat bar, I mainly just need to cut it into small strips, round a side, then countersink it 5mm from the edge.  I am replacing some components on a Lulzbot 3D printer.   Pic of diagram and physical part included in post.  If I can commission you to do this for me-Awesome!!  I think this also could be something I do myself with instruction.  

Steel flatbar from homedepot.  36in x 0.75in or 1in X .125in. $6
