Metal cuts needed for sustainability startup

My team is new to the AA community. We are a mission-driven startup developing low-cost sustainable waste-shrinking toilets for poor communities that lack sewerage infrastructure. We’re on a tight timeline to get a new design of our toilets ready and tested ahead of a pilot trial with indigenous communities in Central America this Fall.

We’re looking for some help to get some metal pieces fabricated for our in-house testing unit. We actually have many of the raw materials, just need help to get them cut, holes drilled and tapped quickly.

We have three main pieces we are looking to get parts made for:
  • Two frames made of T-slot extrusions (8020) - Material: 6063 Al.

  • Base plate - Material: Stainless Steel 316L.
Attached are drawings for these. We just need the machining for the extrusions. The T-slot extrusions with the detailed cut-lengths, holes, and taps are also attached.  Regarding the base plate, we're looking for a square hole to be cut out in the middle and two lips folded up on the edges.

For anyone interested, we’d welcome quotes and timelines.
